What are the business hours?
Our practice hours are from 8.30am to 4 pm Monday to Friday. All appointments can be made by contacting our practice on (02) 4721 4434. While making your appointment please specify your preferred clinic location for your review.

Do you have available parking space?
Limited free parking space is available at our Penrith location on a first in basis. Paid parking is available at the nearby Nepean Hospital parking facility.
Our South Windsor location has available free parking spaces on George St.
Do I need a referral to make an appointment?
Yes, you will require a valid referral from a general practitioner before organizing your consultation with Dr Yasser Khatib.
This is partly to insure that the specialist you are seeing is appropriate for you and your condition, and also to provide you with access to the Medicare Rebate for a Specialist Consultation.
Once you obtain a valid referral from you GP you can fax it to our rooms on (02) 4721 5361 or bring it with you on the day of your appointment.

What are your accepted method of payment?
Payment is required at time of consultation and is possible by Cash, Eftpos / Credit Card (we accept all major credit cards (except Amex) with no surcharge)
Do you treat Workers Compensation and Third Party patients?
We are happy to see all Workers Compensation and Third Party claim patients, however, if you would like you insurer to be billed directly you must provide an acceptance of liability for your specialist consultation letter from you insurer at the time of your first consultation. Otherwise the full fee is payable on the day of consultation.
What should I bring with me when I come for an appointment?
When you come for your appointment, please remember to bring with you the following:
- It is essential to bring a GP referral
- Your Medicare Card and Health Fund Membership Details
- If your consultation is part of a Work Cover related claim, Please bring all details of your claim number, case manager details and work cover insurance company details and address.
- Any relevant x-rays, CT scan, MRI scan or ultrasound
- List of medication and their dosages
